The diagnostic is a standalone decision product. It examines the current workflow, systems, volume, exceptions, risks and plausible commercial value before implementation money is committed.

Implementation credit

  1. Instruo recommends implementation in the final diagnostic.
  2. The statement of work is signed within 30 calendar days of handover.
  3. Implementation value is at least A$10,000 ex GST.
  4. The implementation deposit is paid by its due date.
  5. Credit applies only to Instruo professional fees, not third-party costs.
  6. Credit is used once, non-transferable and has no cash value.
Can we use the diagnostic with another provider?

You receive the agreed deliverables and may use them internally, subject to the engagement terms. Another provider may still need to validate assumptions before accepting responsibility.

What if our process is not documented?

That is common. Interviews and mapping establish a practical current state, but you must provide access to the people who perform and own the work.

Does the diagnostic guarantee ROI?

No. It provides a reasoned estimate with stated assumptions, risks and sensitivity.

What happens if no automation is recommended?

You receive the findings and a clear explanation. The fee is not refunded because the analysis and deliverables have been completed.
