Automation implementation
Instruo turns an approved workflow design into controlled operating infrastructure: configured or built, validated, tested with exceptions, launched under an agreed plan and handed over with clear ownership.
Projects from A$10,000 ex GST · Straightforward initial implementations commonly 4–8 weeks once ready
Production delivery
An implementation may connect systems, validate information, create records, generate documents, trigger notifications, prepare reporting or support a human decision. The design is judged by dependable operation, not by how many tools are connected.
Delivery gates
Every engagement has a dedicated Client Success Partner as the client’s consistent primary contact. Depending on the approved scope, that person may be the founder or another Instruo delivery lead. Any additional specialist involved is identified before access is granted or delivery begins.
Workflow boundary, exclusions, client responsibilities and acceptance criteria are written.
Data movement, permissions, decisions, notifications and exceptions are documented.
Accounts and credentials use appropriate, revocable permissions.
The approved design is implemented in the selected systems and services.
Normal paths, bad input, duplicates, outages and recovery behaviour are tested.
Owner, timing, communications, support contacts and rollback path are agreed.
Documentation, responsibilities, access and operating knowledge are transferred.
Use, exceptions, defects and operational effect are compared with assumptions.
Accountable delivery relationship
The client does not have to translate between a salesperson, a technical freelancer and an account queue. One consistent relationship connects the operating objective to delivery.

A straightforward initial implementation commonly takes approximately four to eight weeks once scope, access and responsibilities are ready. Larger or multi-phase work may take longer.
Third-party licences, usage charges, hosting, travel, specialist services and hardware are excluded unless the statement of work expressly includes them.
The exact deliverables are confirmed in the statement of work. They normally address the implemented workflow, configuration, operating controls, test evidence, ownership, exception handling, documentation and agreed handover activities.
Start with the workflow
A 30-minute Automation Opportunity Call is a practical first filter. We will clarify the workflow, its operational effect and whether a paid diagnostic is justified. If the case is weak, we will say so.
