What is managed

Operational ownership, not a random bucket of hours.

The purpose is to keep the implemented workflow dependable and useful as the surrounding business changes. Boundaries remain explicit so maintenance, support and larger improvements are not confused.

01

Monitoring & visibility

Review agreed workflow signals, failed runs and recurring exceptions so problems are visible to a named owner.

02

Issue coordination

Coordinate investigation and practical recovery across the client, Instruo and relevant providers.

03

Minor agreed revisions

Make bounded changes when fields, routing, messages or operating steps change within the agreed service.

04

Operational support

Help workflow owners understand behaviour, exceptions, responsibilities and appropriate recovery steps.

05

Documentation upkeep

Maintain useful operational visibility as agreed changes are made and responsibilities evolve.

06

Quarterly workflow review

Review changing requirements, performance gaps and the next improvements worth prioritising.

Consistent relationship

The same commercial and operational thread continues.

Every engagement has a dedicated Client Success Partner as the client’s consistent primary contact. Depending on the approved scope, that person may be the founder or another Instruo delivery lead. Any additional specialist involved is identified before access is granted or delivery begins.

Service boundaries are agreed, not implied.

The applicable agreement confirms which implemented workflows are covered, management activities, client responsibilities and how larger changes are handled. Third-party licences, usage charges and specialist services are excluded unless expressly included.

Is ongoing management required?

No. The engagement terms define the agreed handover and support model. Ongoing management is available for workflows Instruo has implemented when continuing ownership is valuable.

Is this unlimited development?

No. It covers deliberate management of implemented workflows, including monitoring, issue coordination, operational support, minor agreed revisions and structured reviews. Larger changes are assessed and scoped separately.

Are third-party licences and usage included?

No, unless a statement of work explicitly says otherwise. Platform licences, usage charges, hosting and other third-party costs remain separate.

Does the service include an SLA?

Website copy does not promise response times or contractual service levels. Any service boundaries, priorities and response arrangements are confirmed in the applicable agreement.

A 30-minute Automation Opportunity Call is a practical first filter. We will clarify the workflow, its operational effect and whether a paid diagnostic is justified. If the case is weak, we will say so.
